Protein Breakfast Bars

These simple protein breakfast bars are a healthy and yummy choice for the whole family!

- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2-1 Medium Banana
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
- 1/3 Cup Berries (Optional)
- 1/3 Cup Nuts (Optional)
Combine all of the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Mix until smooth.
Press into a greased baking dish.
Baking in preheated oven at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Let cool before serving.
