Protein Breakfast Bars

These simple protein breakfast bars are a healthy and yummy choice for the whole family!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2-1 Medium Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1/3 Cup Berries (Optional)
  • 1/3 Cup Nuts (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • Press into a greased baking dish.
  • Baking in preheated oven at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Let cool before serving.
